Payment Schedules

Bhumiraj hills offers a variety of payment options to its residential buyers. The buyer is given complete convenience with regards to making payments for a particular apartment. Unlike other real estate developers, Bhumiraj gives the buyer the freedom to pay amounts in phases or installations.

The following is the installation pattern for making payments:

3.	15%	On Completion of Plinth
4.	5%	On Completion of 1^st Slab
5.	5%	On Completion of 3^rd Slab
6.	5%	On Completion of 6^th Slab
7.	5%	On Completion of 9^th Slab
8.	5%	On Completion of 11^th Slab (Terrace Slab)
9.	5%	On Completion of Brick Work & Internal plaster
10.	5%	On Completion of Staircase, Lift Wells, Lobbies, External Plastering, Terrace with Water proofing.
11.	5%	On Completion of Electrical Fittings, Internal & External Flooring
12.	5%	On Completion of Lifts, External Painting, Electro Mechanical and Environment Requirement
13.	5%	On Completion of paving of areas, Water pumps, Entrance lobby
14.	5%	On Possession
